I had a great experience buying a car from Autograph Motors, and coming from someone who expected the usual used-car-dealer runaround, that's saying something. I was shopping from about an hour away for a car for a family member, so I had a lot of questions before making the drive, and they were patient and straightforward with every answer. Before visiting, I asked if the car could sit overnight without being started so I could hear a cold start (I'd done my homework on this particular engine), and they had no problem with that. I also arranged to take the car to a nearby independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection, including pulling the spark plugs for a closer look, and they were completely fine with it. I called ahead to let them know how long the inspection would take, and they were happy to accommodate it. The purchase itself was unusually smooth for what it was. They worked with an out-of-the-ordinary paperwork situation on my end (power of attorney for titling) without any fuss, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. Negotiating the price down from the listing was painless, there were no surprise fees, and the final out-the-door number matched exactly what we discussed. Everyone I dealt with was relaxed, hospitable, and easy to work with. The car was exactly as represented, and the maintenance Autograph Motors claimed to have performed checked out. It passed inspection with flying colors and has been great since I drove it home. If they have a vehicle you're interested in, I'd say they're worth the trip. It's rare to find a dealership that treats a skeptical, well-researched buyer as a welcome guest instead of an obstacle to the sale.

Checked a car Friday came back Saturday and walked out with a vehicle! Cindy was super friendly and day of sale was with Ulvi, awesome experience friendly guy. Despite a little difficulty while finalizing sale on our part not being prepared with check! He made it work and we drove home happy. We will come back to see these guys for any future needs!
